Shipping Policy
Where we ship We ship to all 27 EU countries plus the United Kingdom. All orders include free shipping — no minimum order required.
Delivery times Once your order is placed and confirmed, we aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days.
- Netherlands and Belgium: 2–3 business days
- Rest of the EU: 3–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. During busy periods delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping carrier We ship all orders with PostNL. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
Order tracking After dispatch you will receive a confirmation email with your PostNL tracking link. You can use this to track your package at any time on the PostNL website.
Customs and import duties — UK orders Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by GladiatorsReborn. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Lost or delayed orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If your package appears lost or stuck, contact us at gladiatorsreborn.info@gmail.com and we will investigate with PostNL on your behalf.
Wrong address Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. GladiatorsReborn is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
