Terms of Service

1. Who we are

We answer emails on weekdays, usually within 24 hours.

2. Products and prices

We sell MMA sparring gloves. All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT (21%). Shipping within the European Union is free. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can; small differences in colour on your screen are possible. If a price on the site is obviously wrong (for example because of a typing error), we are not bound by it and will contact you before anything is charged or refunded.

3. Your order

You can order up to 5 pairs per order. The contract is formed once you have completed the payment. You then receive an order confirmation by email, together with these terms as a PDF. If a product turns out to be unavailable after all, we let you know as soon as possible and refund the full amount within 14 days.

4. Payment

Payment is handled by Mollie B.V., a licensed payment institution in Amsterdam. You can pay with iDEAL, credit or debit card, Klarna and the other methods shown on the payment page. We never see or store your card or bank details. If you choose Klarna, the terms of Klarna also apply to the payment.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to all 27 EU countries. We ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium and 2 to 5 business days elsewhere in the EU. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you may cancel the order and we refund what you paid. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you. 6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you named, receive the gloves. If you ordered several items that arrive separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.

To cancel, let us know clearly before the 14 days are over, for example by email to info@gladiatorsreborn.com, through our return form, or with the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. Using the model form is not required.

After you cancel, send the gloves back to us within 14 days. We email you the return address. The direct cost of returning the goods is for you, unless the gloves are defective or not what you ordered; in that case we pay.

We refund everything you paid, including any delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method you used. We may wait with the refund until we have received the gloves back, or until you show that you have sent them, whichever comes first.

You may handle and try on the gloves as you would in a store to check size and fit. You are only liable for a loss in value of the gloves if it results from handling them beyond that, for example training with them. Please keep the packaging so the gloves travel back safely.

7. Quality and guarantee

Our gloves must be what we promised and suitable for normal use: sparring and bag work. Under EU law you are entitled to a free repair, replacement or refund if a product turns out to be faulty, for at least two years after delivery. Please report a defect to us within two months after you discover it, preferably with a photo. Normal wear from training, misuse or not following the care instructions is not a defect.

8. Complaints

Not happy? Email us at info@gladiatorsreborn.com with a short description and, if possible, a photo. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot solve it together, you can go to the competent court. As a consumer you can also always rely on the courts of your own country.

9. Liability

Train safely: our gloves reduce but do not remove the risk of injury in combat sports. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability where the law does not allow that.

We only use your details to handle your order. Read how in our privacy policy.

11. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and every order. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of that country.
